Pamela brings a diverse professional background as a trained mental health nurse, teacher, and family financial planner. Her extensive experience in healthcare has made her a strong, dedicated advocate, a skill she will use to champion the residents and businesses of Ward 2.

Pamela has extensive public governance experience, having proudly served her community for 4 years as a YRDSB school board trustee and as Board Vice-Chair.
Combined with her past service on a condominium association board of directors, she brings a proven track record of navigating formal board procedures, ensuring public accountability and providing rigorous financial oversight to municipal council.
Community Involvement
A community builder, Pamela has served as a volunteer head coach for local youth hockey and soccer teams, and is manager for her son’s hockey team. Her past volunteer work also includes Big Brothers and Sisters of Canada and Beauty Nights, a program supporting women in shelters.

Raised in government housing by a single teenage mother, Pamela understands the realities of financial hardship firsthand. She is committed to ensuring Newmarket remains a safe, healthy, and affordable community for everyone.
